Advanced Actions

To access these advanced cell actions, click  when a cell is selected:

• Format Text:
  • Align Text - to a particular edge/corner of the cell.
  • Max Font Size - by default, text automatically scales to fit each cell. If there are drastic size differences, setting a maximum font size can help text appear more uniform.
• Adjust Layers:
  • Bring to Front/Send to Back - move the cell behind/in front of others.
• Arrange (when multiple cells are selected):
  • Align Horizontally - position the cells so they're aligned horizontally with either the Left Edges, Centre, or Right Edges of the last selected cell.
  • Align Vertically - position the cells so they're aligned vertically with either the Top, Middles, or Bottoms of the last selected cell.
  • Make Same - make the cells the same Size, Width, or Height as the last selected cell.
  • Distribute (when 2< cells are selected) - position the cells evenly between the first and last selected cell.
• Cut - copy and remove the cell.
• Copy - copy the cell.
• Paste - add whatever has been copied.
